To strengthen our team, FILODOXIA IT is looking for a profile in Unified Communications (Cisco, Teams, Skype for Business) M/F on a permanent contract. The UC Collaboration expert plays an essential role in the design, implementation, management and maintenance of unified communication solutions within the company.

Profile required:

  • Graduated with a Bac +3/+5 degree or engineer in IT/Telecom or university course specialising in Networks and Telecoms.
  • Solid experience in the operation, deployment and migration of Cisco Unified Communications, CUC, UCCX solutions and CUBE routers.
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP Collaboration certification is desirable.
  • Proficiency in the protocols associated with Cisco collaboration solutions (SIP, H323, MGCP).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure services: DHCP, DNS, NTP, FTP/TFTP, NAT, QoS, HSRP, CDP/LDP.
  • Installation and configuration of Vmware ESXI.
  • Fluency in technical English.
  • Team spirit and adaptability.
  • Autonomy and versatility.
  • Good customer relations skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

The job description:

  • Equipment upgrades and operation (CUCM, CUC, UCCX servers, IPphones, SRST Gateway).
  • Taking part in projects as a Collab, BUILD and/or RUN engineer.
  • Provide technical expertise in dealings with end customers and/or publishers.
  • Providing and maintaining documentation on the components maintained within its scope of responsibility.
  • Resolving incidents and planning software updates in compliance with ITIL standards (procedures, presentation to the PRE CAB, etc.).
